​I am licensed with the Mohave County, Bullhead City business licensed, and registered with the Arizona Home Baked Good and Confectionary program and food handler licensed. All cookies are made out of non- gluten free, non-nut free, non-dairy free private in-home kitchen.


What flavors do you offer?
All my cookies are sugar cookies decorated with royal icing. My signature and most popular cookie is my vanilla sugar cookie. some of the other flavors I provide for custom orders are:​

* For holiday, pre orders, and cookie pop ups cookies they will all be my signature vanilla cookies, unless another option is listed stating the flavor it will be.

*My sugar cookies do not need to be refrigerated, they will do great as long as they remain in their heat sealed bags at room temperature and out of direct sunlight for up to 3 weeks on a counter. You can also freeze them leave them in their heat-sealed bags and place them inside of a Ziplock bag or airtight container for up to 3 months. To thaw them, take them out of the freezer and leave them to thaw completely  for 4 - 6 hours before removing them from the container and their heat sealed bag.

What are your Prices?​
My prices vary depending on the skill level the design and the amount of details the cookies will require.  I usually make 3-4 designs per dozen.

- The Basics : these start at $70 per dozen and go up depending on the amount of details that do not include hand painting/ drawing/ complex lettering/ characters/ logos/ complex gold painting/ etc.

- The Details: these start at $75 per dozen and go up depending on the amount of details the cookies will require. These include characters (3-4 per dozen), logos, complex lettering, hand painting, gold/ silver painting, airbrushing,

Payment?​
Minimum custom order of one dozen must be paid in full in order to get booked.
All other amount of custom dozens can be booked in with a nonrefundable deposit of 50% of your quoted order, however all orders must be paid in full 5 business days prior pick up date. Please note that no orders will be started until the full amount is paid off, as agreed; not doing so will delay your pick up date and time.  The nonrefundable deposit is deducted of your total. Please note that right after you make the payment you will receive another email which tends to go to the spam/junk folder, in there you will find you receipt, the details of your order and the pick up address.  Please keep in mind that I book orders on a first paid basis and your order is not booked or date secured until I receive payment and you receive your receipt. No orders will be started if until the full amount is paid off, not doing so will delay your pick up date and time and push it to my next available opening.

After the invoice is sent you will have 24 hrs. to make payment or the spot will be given to the next in line.

Holiday cookies can be added to you cart and choose your method of payment which is due upon placing your order.
​For custom orders a secured invoice link will be emailed to prompt for payment.

How can I Place an Order?​
Start by filling out a custom request form. Once I receive the filled out form with all the details you will like on them, I will get back to you with a quote/ proposal. Should you decide to proceed you will need to email me back with your response within 24 hrs. after the quote is sent. and I will send you the invoice. ​
Please keep in mind that your order is not booked nor date secured, until I receive payment and you get a confirmation receipt for your payment. 
Please be sure to double check you information before you submit your form as the quote will be emailed to the email address you provided.
Please also keep in mind I do not take custom order the week prior to and holiday week.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT ALL THE COOKIE ORDERS ARE FOR PICK UP ONLY. I CAN NOT SHIP MY COOKIES.

Minimum amount?​
The minimum amount I take for a custom order is one dozen. This dozen will include 3 - 4 designs depending on how intricate the request is.

How much time in advance?​
It is never to early to place your order, in fact the more ample notice I have the better chance you will have to get your order accepted.
A 2 week notice is requires for all custom orders,  In the event I have an opening and am able to take a last minute order (1 week notice) there will be a $15 rush fee (per dozen). 
* Please note I can not change dates to earlier pick up once the order is booked and finalized as I bake, decorate, and book orders based on the time frames provided by every costumer. Should there be an emergency and you need to change your pick up time please email me as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that I do not take custom orders the week prior to a holiday and the week of a holiday.

Do you sell other things besides cookies?
Yes, I offer cupcakes, cake pops, cakes, macaroons, crispy bars upon request. If you are interested please let me know in your form and we can discuss prices as such.

Allergies?​
Please keep in mind that cookies and icing do not contain nuts (besides the almond flavor).
However they do contain dairy and they are made in a private home kitchen, therefore we cannot guarantee the safety of those with severe allergies. Cookies also contain gluten, eggs and dairy.

Vegan, gluten free, egg free, nut free options?​
unfortunately I can not provide any of these options at this time.

Packaging?​
All cookies will come in a heat sealed cellphone bag to assure freshness (even if they are boxed).
If you will like cookies to be individually packaged as favors (with a bow, or bakery twine and a tag) there is an additional charge of $15 per dozen.
For individual boxing favor there is an additional $3 charge per box.

Shipping?​
I CAN NOT SHIP MY COOKIES, it is illegal for me to ship them out of state due to the Health Department and Cottage Food Law restrictions. I am located in Fort Mohave.  My cookies are for local pick up only, I serve the Bullhead City, Fort Mohave, Mohave Valley Golden Valley Kingman and surrounding areas.

Cancellation and refunds?​
​In the even that you need to cancel your order please let me know as soon as possible.  
For orders of 2 dozens or more if paid in full 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee (minimum of 2 weeks notice), and those with the non refundable deposit (1 dozen) there is no refund.
For orders of 1 dozen, there is no possibility of changing the amount of cookies for less. If you have 2 dozens or more and need to adjust the amount of cookies for less a minimum notice of 2 weeks is required, and a cancelation  fee of $15 will be applied.
​There is no refund for deposits, holiday preorders, or cookie pop ups, and cookie orders that are already baked and in process.
